idag är det den 14e juli, om någon nu skulle ha missat det. den 14e juli fyller vår kära kronprinsessa år. och som den sanna royalist jag är, firar jag hennes födelsedag genom att baka en paj med ost, skinka och broccoli! nom-nom!

today is july 14th. today is the birthday of our crown princess. and as the true royalist that I am, I chose to bake a pie with cheese and ham and broccoli, all in honor of our crown princess! doesn't it look jummy?

yaay!  18 dagar kvar! det är liksom.. två veckor och.. fyra dagar. herre min gud! gissa om det pirrar i någons mage alltså?

snackade med martin häromkvällen. martin är min tyska vän som även han bor ute på locust valley, där jag kommer bo om mindre än tre veckor! han är rolig och vi har alltid väldigt trevliga konversationer! häromkvällen kom jag på den brilijanta idén om att vi kunde dra över gränsen och besöka toronto någon helg. toronto ligger liksom.. åtta timmar från new york (med bil alltså). och om vi kirrar en bil och har två-tre personer som kan turas om att köra så blir det ju en trevlig roadtrip! han tyckte att det var en asbra idé! vi kommer att verkställa den! frågan är bara när och vem vi tar med oss. det är bara coola människor som får följa med till kanada. alla andra losers lämnar vi hemma i new york. gode gud.. jag trodde aldrig att jag skulle säga det.. hemma in new york. shit! stort alltså!

yaay! only 18 days left! that is basically.. two weeks and four days! good God! guess who get's butterflies in her belly just thinking about it? 

a couple of nights ago I talked to martin. martin is my german friend who also lives in locust valley, where I will live in less than three weeks!! he is a very funny guy and we always have interesting conversations! the other night while we were talking, I came up with the brilliant idea that we could cross the boarder and visit toronto some weekend. toronto is basically.. 8 hours away from new york (by car). so if we manage to get a car and a group of nice people that can take turns in driving, it could be a really nice roadtrip! martin liked the idea and thought we def. should do it! but we don't know when or which people to invite with us. the only thing we agreed on was that only cool kids can come. the other losers we'll leave home in new york. gosh.. never thought I'd say it.. home in new york. jeez! it's major!
