jag fick världens överraskning på nyårsafton. jag och mina kära vänner lämnade long island vid 17-tiden och hamnade sen på the financial district, på 45e våningen i en flashig lägenhet där det festades för fulla muggar. mitt i vimlet ser jag att dörren öppnas och ett bekant ansikte kliver in genom dörren - jag tittar fler gånger extra bara för att vara helt övertygad om att jag ser rätt - DET ÄR EMMA! emma som jag flög från stockholm med - emma som jag bodde på skolan med innan hon flyttade vidare till new jersey! vi stog och kramades i en evighet och upprepade "jag kan inte fatta att du är här!!" (de tre sista bilderna har jag snott från henne)

och precis när jag har kramats färdigt med emma så kommer ett annat bekant ansikte in genom dörren! även då tittar jag flera gånger om innan jag inser att det verkligen är SANDRA! även sandra och jag flög tillsammans från stockholm och bodde på skolan tillsammans innan även hon flyttade! att träffa dem var hur mysigt som helst - vi har ju inte setts på 5 månader! och av alla fester i hela new york så hamnar just vi tre på samma fest  - vad är oddsen liksom? var i alla fall en överraskning som heter duga!

I got a huge surprise for new years eve. me and my friends left long island around 5pm and ended up at the financial districit, on the 45th floor in a very fancy apartment. we were there for maybe an hour when the door opens and familiar face walks in. I had to look a few times to make sure I was right, and I was.. it was EMMA! emma who I flew to new york toghether with - and emma who I lived at the school with before she moved to new jersey! we were hugging and all the time both of us kept saying "I can't believe it's you!"

and when I was done hugging emma I saw yet another familiar face - even then I had to look a few times to make sure I was right - it was SANDRA!! she was also on the plane from stockholm to new york and we all lived at the school together before she moved too. I didn't see them for 5 months so I was so so surprised to see them both! and I mean.. new york is HUGE - what are the odds that the three of us end up at the same party?
